Shoes will be posted to an address of your choice and will be posted Recorded Delivery therefore, a signature will be required. We will post to Europe price of postage will be confirmed at the time. Web Return Policy We will refund the price of any shoes or boots upon presentation of the original receipt and provided they are returned unworn, unmarked, boxed and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Price of postage is non-refundable. Goods will not be exchanged or refunded until we receive original goods back. No refund or exchanged will be given on goods which have been worn or used or where the customer has simply changed their mind. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of shoes. If goods are deemed to be faultly we will offer a repair, replacement or a refund depending on the fault and at our discretion providing it is returned within 3 months of purchase and upon production of proof of receipt. There is no exchange or refund on any sale items. The Store will not accept any email confirmations as proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: When returning products please remember they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service from the US or Europe.
